Axiom Marketing LLC is looking for an energetic, creative office seeking outgoing, Professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Many times it is the receptionist that is the "face and voice" of a company. We are looking for someone who is bright and can communicate in a professional manner to add to our hard-working, amicable work environment. Only a self-starter who is equipped with high energy and dependability need apply. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented and has the ability to interact with diverse personalities.

This position will report to the Office Administrator; providing assistance in scheduling appointments, monitoring supplies, and maintaining the office conference room.

Additional Responsibilities:

Mail Distribution

Additional administrative support to Controller and office staff


High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Prior reception/front desk experience preferred

At Axiom Marketing LLC, the focus of this position will be to express that philosophy through creating copy that will educate, entertain, market, and sell while showing the personality of Axiom. Our writers take their writing and editing skills and provide communications support in all aspects of the company, and have the ability to work collaboratively with those internal organizations; and providing that support by creating abstract and informative content through generating creative ideas, research and implementation. Candidates must have clear understanding of the importance in interactive communication as a necessary component in marketing any product, business, or service.


Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent, relevant experience
Experience as a Copywriter in an advertising or marketing agency, is a plus
Possess a strong command of the English language, familiar with AP Style
Must be computer literate, and be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be deadline-oriented
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
If you are a sales-minded Copywriter and/or have experience in script conversions, all the better.

Human Resources
Axiom Marketing LLC is looking for an employee relations expert that will supply HR leadership through assisting in the hiring process and payroll functions, carrying out benefits administration, and providing ongoing support of employee policies and procedures. This detail-oriented person will work side-by-side with managers in dealing with employee performance, training and development, assist in recruitment tasks as needed, as well as resolving employee issues.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Knowledge of employment laws and practices a must
Ability to communicate effectively with and empower all levels within the organization
Adhere to and update company policies, procedures and practices
Maintain all employee and applicant documentation
Provide support for internal initiatives
